“The NL SUPPORT Unit based at Memorial University offers knowledge brokering, expertise and funding to create a culture of Patient-Oriented Research in Newfoundland and Labrador. Through the work of the Unit it was identified that Sensitivity Training was required to support local researchers in their work with patients and other stakeholders. Coastline Consultants worked efficiently and effectively with the Unit’s staff and patient partners to develop a comprehensive Sensitivity Training package and train the trainer module that exactly met the needs of the Unit.
